Updated · Source: Federal Register 2026-22192
HHS has proposed an enforcement-discretion policy for 503A compounding that names six peptides: BPC-157, TB-500, epitalon, KPV, MOTS-c and semax. The notice is proposed, not final, and is not FDA approval. If finalized, it would describe when FDA does not intend to act against licensed 503A pharmacies compounding them. It sets no dosing.
